The Marshall House is a classic, two-story structure on the corner of 1st Division Road and Baltzell Avenue, just off Ralph Puckett Pwky on Fort Moore. This home is named after the famous WWII and post-war soldier and statesman, General George C. Marshall. The Marshall House is a perfect venue for wedding photos and/or parties, graduations and general entertaining. This spacious 4,000-plus square foot structure has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths available for use and a pleasant sun room off the master bedroom. All bedrooms have cable TV and plenty of dresser space for long stays.
The main floor of Marshall House includes a complete kitchen with modern appliances and kitchenware, a dining room, foyer, living room, entertainment room and a small study. The back yard includes a brick patio with lounge furniture and a secure garage. The house sits on a large, well-landscaped corner lot. Across the street is Fort Moore's beautiful golf course and club house. A short 5-minute walk puts you in Jack’s 19th Hole Clubhouse with access to light refreshments and a lounge area.

Just a short walk from the Fort Moore Golf Course are a row of five two-story duplexes called the McIver Suites. Each of the 10 units has a living room, kitchen and mud room. McIver offers four two-bedroom and six one-bedroom suites. The two-bedroom suites have a dining room, and two units are equipped with a washer and dryer in the mud room.
The McIver Suites provide guests comfort and convenience to enjoy activities such as golf, a shooting range, and easy access to the Chattahoochee Riverwalk that connects to Columbus, GA. The Riverwalk, a pedestrian and bike trail that begins just a short distance away, allows guests to bike, run or walk all the way to the city of Columbus enjoying sights and points of interest along the way.
McIver Suites are approximately half a mile from the MWR Recreational Shooting Complex, just a few miles from the commissary, main AAFES PX and gas station, and within walking distance to soccer fields, a newly renovated playground, a dog park and MWR dining options.
