The Gridiron Challenge is open to Active Duty and their dependents (must be 18 to play), DoD Civilians, Retirees.  (MWR Employees and their immediate family members can play but are not eligible to win any prize.)

Rules to participate in Fort Moore’s 2^nd Gridiron Challenge:

1. Fort Moore’s 2nd GRIDIRON CHALLENGE – hosted by MWR at the Infantry Bar & Main Post Recreation Center and open to Active Duty and their dependents (must be 18 to play), DoD Civilians, Retirees.
2. MWR Employees and their immediate family members can play but are not eligible to win any prize.
3. For each week (NFL Week 1 – 18) during the NFL Season, starting September 8, 2024 until January 5, 2025, a weekly GC Pro-Pick entry form is created.
   1. The GC Pro-Pick entry form displays Sundays and Mondays NFL games for participants to pick their winning teams, and the Tie Breaker Questions, which applies to Mondays NFL Game(s).
   2. All questions and picks need to be filled out to participate, including name, phone number, email address and date.
4. Only one weekly GC Pro-Pick entry form can be submitted! (Participants submitting two or more GC Pro-Pick entry forms in one week will be excluded for the week.)
5. Pick-up your weekly GC Pro-Pick entry form Thursdays through Saturdays during regular business hours at the IBar. (*exceptions apply, please see below)
6. GC Pro-Pick entry forms must be turned-in/dropped-off at the IBar not later than Saturday, 11 p.m. (before the following Sunday and Monday NFL games). (*exceptions apply, please see below)
7. Each GC Pro-Pick entry form is only for the following Sunday & Monday NFL Games and must be picked-up and turned-in for each individual week (participants can not submit several weeks at once). (*exceptions apply, please see below)
8. Participants will receive additional (in-person) information explaining the Tie Breaker Questions if needed.\
9. Participants can participate every week or individual weeks they choose.
10. The Gridiron Challenge Board is displayed at the IBar and will show participants names and points earned by week including the total points. Points are given by picking the correct winning teams for Sundays and Mondays NFL Games submitted through the GC Pro-Pick entry form and the additional Tie Breaker Questions. The total points per wins for each participants pick will be kept on file at the Infantry Bar and displayed on the Gridiron Challenge Board available to see for everyone.  
11. Each weekly winner will receive a $50 VISA gift card. Gridiron Challenge Prize board displayed at the IBar will have each winner’s name displayed!
12. Participants will find out weekly winners by checking the Gridiron Challenge Board or Prize board (located at the IBar).
13. Weekly winners will receive their prize the following Thursday (after Sundays and Mondays NFL Games) at the IBar between 5 – 11 p.m. (Winner will be called in advance by IBar Staff and must pick up prize that Thursday.)  (*exceptions apply, please see below)
14. A photo will be taken of all winners retrieving their prize, and photos will be displayed at the Infantry Bar and on the MWR facebook page. (Participants agree by attending the Gridiron Challenge to have their picture taken and published.)
15. The winner of the Gridiron Challenge (participant with the most total points) will receive the grand prize on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the IBar. Grand prize is a $500 VISA Gift Card!

NFL Week 7: It’s Oktoberfest time!  Pick-Up and turn-in GC Pro-Pick entry form only Thursday, October 17! In support of Fort Moore’s Oktoberfest, the IBar and the Main Post Recreation Center will be closed October 18 – 20. Head out to Uchee Creek Campground and Marina and watch NFL Games at the Sportheim at our Oktoberfest!  

NFL Week 11 + 12: It’s Thanksgiving Time!  Pick-up and turn-in GC Pro-Pick entry forms for NFL Week 11 (NFL Games November 17+18) and NFL Week 12 (NFL Games November 24+25) latest by Saturday, November 16. We will accept TWO weeks of GC Pro-Pick entry forms due to the IBar being closed for Thanksgiving from November 28 - 29.

We will announce both weekly winners on Thursday, December 5 at the IBar.

NFL Week 15 + 16 + 17+18: It’s the Holidays (and Holiday Block Leave time)!  Pick-up and turn-in GC Pro-Pick entry forms for NFL Week 15 (NFL Games December 15 + 16), NFL Week 16 (NFL Games December 22 + 23), and NFL Week 17 (NFL Game December 29 + 30) and NFL week 18 (NFL Games January 5, 2025) latest by Saturday, December 14. We will accept FOUR weeks of GC Pro-Pick entry forms due to the IBar and MP Rec. Center being closed for the Holidays.

We will announce the four weekly winners on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at the IBar.

Grand prize winner will be announced on Saturday, January 11, 2025!!  The Gridiron Challenge is an Infantry Bar/MP Rec Ctr. program.
