Summer Soaker 5K Run

On your mark, get ready, and sign up for our next 5K Fun Run - the annual Summer Soaker 5K!

Happening on Saturday, July 27 at 8 a.m. at Doughboy Stadium! This family-friendly run is perfect for the Georgia summer heat, so prepare to get soaked! The course will be lined with sprinklers and runners will be equipped with water guns and balloons. Spectators are encouraged to join, too!

If you live along the route, bring out your garden hoses and your water guns to give the runners a refreshing way to cool down.  Pre-register today! Either online via WebTrac or in person at Smith Fitness Center!

Participation fee - if pre-register – is $15 for ages 6 and older and $10 for runners 5 and under. Pre-registration ends July 26 at noon. Day-of event registration prices increase by $5 for each age group.  Shirts and medals are guaranteed to the first 150 runners to register!

This 5K run is open to everyone, bring the kids, dogs, and your neighbor; runners who didn’t register or pay can still participate in the run but just won’t receive a shirt or medal.
