Silent Bid Vehicle Auction

Deals on wheels! We will be conducting a two-day auction of more than 40 used and abandoned vehicles on August 18 and 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the MWR Impound Lot, located at the intersection of Merchant and Kilgore Streets. The auction format will be silent bid, and bidders will have both days to place their offers. Vehicle photos will be available online prior to the auction by visitingbenning.armymwr.com. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or cash only. No personal checks allowed. All vehicles are sold in place “AS IS, WHERE IS” with NO WARRANTY and are to be moved at the bidder’s expense after they are notified that they are the winning bidder. Please Note:

• If a bidder backs out on winning bid or doesn't pay out, they will be banned from participation in any future auctions for one year.
• Bid winners will be asked to provide the name and address that will be used on the Bill of Sale and the certificate to apply for the Title. The documentation process will take approximately one week.
• All vehicles are to be removed no later than 4 p.m. on August 27, 2021.
