• Each Park Home has hitch; 3 park homes have Axles; 1 Park Home has Tires (5 tires).
• Each Park Homes has a detachable Porch, furniture, living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and loft.
• Current location of mobile homes: Uchee Creek Campground and Marina

Sealed Bid Sale information:

February 15 – 18, daily from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. each customer may preview mobile homes and place a sealed bid.  Interested patrons must check in first at the Uchee Creek Country Store, 7 Uchee Creek Road, Fort Mitchell, AL 36856 (contact number: 706-545-3843 or 706-987-3608) – MWR Uchee Creek Staff will take patrons to the gated location of the mobile homes; patrons will receive an envelope with a bidders sheet inside.

Minimum Bid for each Park Home: $3,000!

Bidder must fill out all required information on the sheet including bid in order to qualify for the sale and place it back in the envelope, seal the envelope and return it back to the MWR Staff Member. Contact number must be provided in order to be reached.

On February 22 at 8 a.m., all envelopes will be opened and the highest bidder will be contacted by MWR Property Staff (706-626-2936 or 706-545-3751). We ask patrons to provide a good contact number. Attempts to reach the customer will be done for the first 24 hours; if winner of each bid can’t be reached after 24 hours, the next highest bidder will be contacted.
If there is a tie in the bids, each Bidder will be contacted and asked to place a higher bid.

Accepted payment methods: Check (on a Bank Letter letterhead) guaranteeing the check up to a certain $ amount; Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
