October is Safe Sleep Awareness Month! Join the New Parent Support Program (NPSP) for a special Play & Learn Playgroup held at Oxbow Meadows from 9:30 – 11 a.m. Parents and children can enjoy an exciting nature experience. Activities include a short nature walk, story time, craft time and animal highlights native to our area. NPSP will also be educating on safe sleep practices and distributing safe sleep kits. This group provides a safe and engaging atmosphere for children ages 0 – 3 to explore their creativity and develop motor skills. Each month is a different fun theme that parents and their child can engage in.
