Lederhosen Leap 10K + Dirndl Dash 5K presented by KIA AutoSport

Lederhosen Leap 10K: October 19 at 9 a.m. EDT:  Lederhosen Leap 10K is a competitive 10K cross country run; the 10K route will take you through the wooded hills around and through Uchee Creek; the top three runners for each age group will receive awards; this run is not stroller friendly and mostly off road.

Registration information:

Pre-registration:

• Pre-registration (starting September 1 - October 18 at 12 p.m./noon)
• ONLINE: WebTrac
• In person: Smith Fitness Center
• Pre-registration participation fee: $45 (all ages)

Late registration:

• Registration at the day of the run on site, October 19, starting at 7:45 a.m. at Uchee Creek
• Late registration participation fee: $55

Includes: finisher medal, commemorative 2024 Oktoberfest 5/10K Run shirt (guaranteed for the first 150 registered runners); awards for the top three runners by age group, and a coupon for a free Bratwurst at the Oktoberfest.

Dirndl Dash 5K: October 19 at 9:15 a.m. EDT:  Dirndl Dash 5K is one of MWR Sports Fun Runs; our Fun Runs are for the entire family, all ages, stroller, and pet friendly; the 5K route is a mix of road and dirt path and will take you throughout scenic Uchee Creek.

NO registration for MWR Sports 5K Fun Runs:  MWR Sports, Fitness and Aquatics hosts several 5K Fun Runs throughout the year.  For all of our 5K Fun Runs, you can run without registering and paying the participation fee! If you chose not to register, we welcome you to join the crowd and participate in our 5K run; not registered participants will not receive a medal or a shirt.
