Lederhosen Leap 10K Cross Country

It’s Oktoberfest Time!

Join us on October 18 at 9 a.m. EDT for our annual Lederhosen Leap 10K at Uchee Creek for a competitive 10K cross country run.  The 10K route will take you through the wooded hills around and through Uchee Creek and is for all of our experienced runners. The 10K cross country is not stroller friendly and mostly off road.  It’s a competitive run – and we are timing every runner by the second and awards will be given to the top three runners per age group!  

Top three Runners Awards – per age group:

• 12 years and under
• 13 – 17 years
• 18 – 29 years
• 30 – 39 years
• 40 – 49 years
• 50 – 59 years
• 60 – 69 years
• 70 years and up

Fun awards:  Dress up in your Lederhosen or Dirndl, or any other cute Oktoberfest Outfit!  Best Dressed runner male and female, overall male, and female, oldest, youngest, and more.

Registration information:

1. Pre-registration:
   1. Pre-registration ends October 17 at 12 p.m./noon
   2. Register online
   3. In person: Smith Fitness Center
   4. Pre-registration participation fee: $45 (all ages)
2. Late registration:  
   1. Registration at the day of the run on site, October 18, starting at 7:45 a.m. EDT at Uchee Creek
   2. Late registration participation fee: $55

Includes: finisher medal, commemorative 2025 Oktoberfest 5/10K Run shirt (guaranteed for the first 175 registered runners); awards for the top three runners by age group.  (There is no late registration Friday evening. Packets will be issued in the morning of the run on site. Run check-in and registration tent is located in the parking lot, just follow the signs. -> No refunds!)
