GLIDE-Fit Class

We asked, you answered, we listened!  MWR Sports, Fitness & Aquatics is happy to announce to offer our NEW Glide-Fit class after receiving your feedback from the Survey we did!  

Starting January 9, we offer every Thursday at 9 a.m. our new Glide-Fit Class – 6 sessions ONLY; the last class being offered is February 13, 2025!  Bring your bathing suit and you sense of adventure and come take this amazing new fitness class.

This fitness class is in the pool on a stand up paddle board and will challenge you in every way!  Work on balance, core strength, and cardio, and have fun all at the same time.  This class is low impact but high intensity. 

Classes are $5 per person for ages 16 and older, space is limited - first come, first served. Reserve your spot by registering today; register at Smith Fitness Center front desk.
