- 8:00 – 9:30: Same day registration available
- 10:00 – 2:00: Open to everyone (must have access to the installation).

Rules:

This auction is for all Military ID card holders, Retiree’s, Veterans, Family member (with ID card), DOD Civilians and the Public.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Master/VISA card or check with a bank letter guaranteeing your check up to a specific amount and date.

Terms of Sale:

All sales are final, sold as is with no guarantee or warranty. No Refunds. When the last bid is made and Auctioneer announces the end of the auction, purchases must be paid in full immediately after the auction and purchasers can begin to pick up their items. Proof of payment (receipt) must be shown and initialed before leaving the premises.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to know which item he/she is bidding for, if unsure, do not bid. Items are to be removed at bidder’s expense no later than August 6, 2024, 3:00 p.m.
Pick-up hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. August 5 & 6, 2024. We ask our patrons to come prepared to take purchases home on the day of the sale and auction. MWR is not responsible for purchases left for later pick-up.
